Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey and develop strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Design and implement lifecycle programs that drive long-term retention and growth
• Lead the development of segmentation strategies and drive personalization across various channels

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing, preferably in SaaS or mobile-first businesses
• Proven success in apps and web marketing with expertise in deeplinking technologies
• Deep understanding of CRM platforms and experience managing a CRM tech stack and Customer Data Platform
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and data-driven lifecycle strategies
• Experience driving acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies with measurable impact
