• Oversee omni-channel lifecycle journeys to enhance customer relationships and feature utilization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth
• Experience with 1st- and 3rd-party data for segmentation frameworks
• Strong understanding of pricing and packaging strategies
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
