Head of Financial Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Financial Systems & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance organization's Onestream and Oracle Fusion support functions, including roadmap design and reporting strategy
• Oversee application support and agile processes for key financial platforms, managing project prioritization and change management
• Lead corporate performance management practices, including financial reporting, monthly operating reviews, and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• Minimum of ten years of related experience with five years in a leadership capacity, or fifteen years of direct experience with five years in leadership
• Experience with Onestream and Oracle Fusion required; PowerBI experience preferred
• Proven team management experience and ability to influence cross-functionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
