Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the business
• Prepare financial and management reports, presenting findings to senior management
• Oversee the development and improvement of financial planning and reporting systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role, with over 8 years in leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• Experience managing and supervising staff
• Experience in systems implementations
• Knowledge of cost accounting for federal government contracts and compliance
