HCM Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master for PeopleSoft or HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT projects supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) while ensuring agile methodologies are applied
• Facilitate all scrum events and coach the Scrum team in self-organization and improvement
• Identify risks, manage project schedules, and provide project reporting to ensure timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a development team
• Experience managing projects in ServiceNow and MS Project
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM-I, or SSM) or Agile Certification (ICP, PMI-ACP)
• Experience with PeopleSoft or HCM applications
• Experience leading delivery engagements and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners
