Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in GTM operations, sales programs, or cross-functional program management
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
• Strategic mindset with ownership and decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and Outreach
• Strong bias for action and ability to influence without authority
