Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager / Senior Program Manager, Trust and Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of community support architecture and policy framework to inform strategic decisions
• Align Trust and Safety initiatives with company goals, executing through clear KPIs, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead global, cross-functional programs that enhance user safety and experience, partnering with engineering, product, legal, and support teams

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, analytics, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience in Trust and Safety and/or Compliance is a bonus
