Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Specialist responsible for providing high-level administrative support to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains project plans, flow charts, and reporting while coordinating scheduling with stakeholders
• Produces reports to measure project performance and communicates potential issues to relevant parties
• Prepares and maintains project-related documentation and ensures access to current information on project performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in projects, or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in projects
• Preferred experience includes current contractor/contingent worker status with the company
• Relevant experience directly supporting company projects
• Direct work experience with project financial processes and tools
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze project financial data and develop reports
