Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to join their GTM Enablement Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Commercial Account Executive and Account Manager Team to design programs and training addressing role-specific business needs
• Execute Enablement core programs in collaboration with various stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
• Analyze key metrics to identify gaps and define relevant Enablement programs to impact business metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement, leadership, or strategy roles
• Experience working across multiple international markets
• Strong project management skills with the ability to scope and execute complex projects
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and revenue tech stack
• Collaborative working style with experience in cross-team collaboration to achieve common goals
