A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead onsite experimentation and drive full-funnel optimization across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the website and landing pages
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests using various testing tools
• Analyze results for statistical significance and translate insights into actionable next steps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or growth experimentation roles
• Proven track record of designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics tools
• Expertise in test planning and prioritization frameworks
• Strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem and the role of CRO in influencing acquisition and retention
