A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate workflows and compliance with regulations
• Configure customer journeys and analyze communication performance to provide insights for improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives and stay updated on industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in owned channel marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM marketing
• Experience with Braze or comparable martech tools for campaign setup
• Ability to query data and build customer journey logic using SQL or similar methods
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations and email marketing compliance
• Experience with martech migrations and building new functionality
