Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth to lead the development and execution of their go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the mid-market and enterprise go-to-market strategy, including segmentation and buyer journey mapping
• Design and scale demand generation programs that attract, engage, and convert target accounts
• Collaborate with sales to create programs that nurture opportunities and accelerate deal velocity

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM strategy focused on mid-market and enterprise segments
• Proven success in developing scalable GTM strategies that generate pipeline and revenue
• Deep understanding of the mid-market and enterprise sales cycle, including ABM
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in optimizing marketing performance
• Experience with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
