Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid marketing channels, including targeting, bidding, and budgeting
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and contribute new initiatives for user base growth
• Create and optimize ads, collaborate with design teams, and maintain performance metrics dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing
• Knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) and campaign optimization
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience with web analytics, A/B testing tools, and ad tracking
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
