Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group President to lead transformation efforts across multiple SaaS businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as P&L owner and transformation lead for 2-4 SaaS business units, overseeing strategy, execution, and outcomes
• Conduct business diagnostics to identify operational bottlenecks and cost inefficiencies
• Drive organizational realignment and lead pricing and go-to-market transformations to enhance revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading business turnarounds or transformations, preferably in PE-backed SaaS environments
• Experience in driving EBITDA improvements through cost restructuring and team design
• Strong financial fluency in SaaS unit economics, including CAC, LTV, churn, and retention
• Change management experience across culture, systems, and strategy
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
