Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services
• Document customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Two years of customer service experience is preferred
• Proficiency in assistive technology (JAWS and/or Zoom Text) is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, Texas
