Grants Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Specialist to support the AAPNG program in developing an effective grants management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive consultation and review of existing grant documentation, workflows, and processes
• Provide a report identifying gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and potential non-compliance in current practices, along with recommendations
• Develop a new framework and grants information system, including templates and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in a related field such as public administration, management, international development, or business administration
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years desirable) at a senior level in the development of grant frameworks
• Experience in the implementation and management of grants in an international development context
