As the SVP of eCommerce, you will be responsible for the digital experience of the GOOD AMERICAN digital properties, including but not limited to goodamerican.com, mobile experiences, and any future apps. This role will also oversee our CRM, data analytics, customer (service) experience, site, and performance marketing strategy and execution. Additionally, you will take ownership of delivering upon the sales plan, building strategies to support sales goals, and managing the day-to-day operations of a dynamic omni-channel business.


Responsibilities:
  • Define a data-driven strategy and vision for the GOOD AMERICAN digital properties, set measurable goals, and develop & implement short-term and long-term plans.
  • Define the vision and strategy for our customer experience/service team, owning all facets of how we service the customer on her terms.
  • Build and execute strategies to support sales goals while maintaining accountability for achieving channel targets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Customer Insights, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Planning) to drive business performance and profitability.
  • Oversee relationships with external partners (Web Development, UX/UI, Technology Vendors).
  • Manage direct report(s) for product set-up and launches, site merchandising, promo/campaign management, and site content updates.
  • Own the digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including research, defining requirements, working with development resources, QA & UAT, and launch strategy.
  • Develop and analyze e-commerce data covering key metrics & KPIs (conversion, cohorts, A/B test results, AOV, UPT, etc.) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of site testing.
  • Conduct user research, session tracking, and map user journeys to understand how users are interacting with goodamerican.com and lead the implementation of new features based on findings.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, examine strategies of best-in-class retailers, and keep up to date with industry research to identify emerging trends and make recommendations.
  • Proactively audit digital properties to identify any bugs and work with front-end and back-end development partners to resolve based on priority.


Key Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Marketing, or related field.
  • 10-15 years’ experience in E-Commerce.
  • Previous experience with a direct-to-consumer brand a plus.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver sales plans in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Understanding of key e-commerce and retail & apparel metrics & KPIs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with PM and prototyping tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Invision, Sketch.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large sets of data (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).
  • Experience working with:
Shopify (preferred).
Web Analytics software (Google Analytics, Omniture).
A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.).
Personalization tools (Qubit, DynamicYield, etc.).
Data collection and BI tools (Looker, Segment, etc.) a plus.


Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
