Global Supply Manager Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Supply Managers to lead a team supporting data center IT infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Global Supply Managers and Buyers, setting performance expectations and fostering a high-performing culture
• Oversee daily and strategic purchasing operations to ensure material availability for data center deployments
• Partner with operations teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts and implement supply chain improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing a team
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management in a Cloud Data Center or related industry
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred
