What You’ll Do 

Within the Upper Mid Market Sales Org, your primary focus will be owning a business of existing and prospective branding customers with the intent to achieve their business goals through Glassdoor. Renewing expiring business, unearthing new growth opportunities through current or new partners, and developing a consultative relationship with customers while delivering an outstanding level of professional service are your top priorities. As the owner of your business you will lead with vision as you showcase the value of working with Glassdoor and invest further in the employer brand. Consistency is also paramount here as exceeding quarterly revenue retention, new business and growth goals is your dedication to the business.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3+ years in a quota carrying and closing role, direct sales experience, hybrid of hunting and farming preferred
  • Experience handling a high volume of accounts ranging from Small to Enterprise clients
  • Experience working with or within HR or recruiting industries is preferred
  • Proficient in handling a CRM, Salesforce preferred, and a proficiency for proactivity in pipeline management and generation 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to manage competing priorities
  • Comfort delivering presentations and conducting conversations over Zoom, eventually in person in some cases
  • An ability to earn instant credibility and to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional and conscientious manner
  • A strength in navigating, comfortably selling, and negotiating with high-level titles (Director or above) 
  • Collaborative nature both with our clients, prospects, and your teammates
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience 

Compensation and Benefits 

Base Salary Range: $59,900 - 65,000  OTE: $99,800 - $108,300

Please note this is an hourly non-exempt role. 

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU): 

***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.

Health and Wellness: 100% employer-paid premiums for employee medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, select well-being programs, and 80% employer-paid premiums for all dependents.* Generous paid time off programs for birthing and non-birthing parents are provided, along with paid injury/illness leave and paid family emergency leave.

*Coverage begins at the start of employment. After 48 months of continuous employment, 100% of all premiums for you and your dependents can be employer-paid!

Where-to-Work Policy
Being a remote-first company, Glassdoor employees can live anywhere Glassdoor is a registered company. Requests to move must be approved by an employee’s manager and the People team. The amount of time and location for Work Away must be approved by the employee’s manager and People Operations team at least two (2) weeks in advance of travel.
