Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to support the management and processing of customer and third-party contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support team by receiving daily production assignments and creating documents using form templates
  • Manage data entry and conduct quality control on documents and workflows
  • Investigate and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle of contracts and assist with reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business management or operations management preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Must possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Understanding of deregulated retail electricity or natural gas markets is preferred
