A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative specializing in Healthcare Billing and Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collection activities
• Perform collection activities and offer payment arrangements for outstanding patient balances
• Document all actions taken on accounts and maintain communication with patients regarding their inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
• Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including billing and collections
• Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software
