GAP Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GAP Claims Adjuster, Dealer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review documentation and adjudicate claims
• Communicate with customers, dealers, lenders, and insurance companies to obtain documentation and guide through the claim process
• Assist with calls as volume requires

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience with insurance, financial documents, and/or claims
• Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims processes is preferred
• Insurance license/background, compliance, or claims handling experience is preferred but not required
