Assistant Community Manager - Bilingual English and Spanish

Position: Assistant Community Manager - Bilingual in English and Spanish
 
We seek an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our North Dallas, Texas Apartments Team.   
 
Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, collect/post rent, manage delinquencies, build rapport with prospects and residents, and assist the community manager.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus generous monthly performance bonuses based on merit 
What You Will Do:  
  • Engage with community members by responding to questions, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with tenant screenings and application processes. 
  • Collect rent payments and manage financial transactions. 
  • Coordinate property maintenance work orders. 
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and address any issues or complaints. 
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. 
  • Assist with leasing agreements and renewals and maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management. 
  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants. 
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop community growth, engagement, and retention strategies. 
  • Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on community engagement, growth, and trends while meeting goals. 
  • Professional appearance and dress code compliance 
What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of assistant property manager experience, plus the following credentials/skills:   
  • Currently lives near North Dallas, TX, or within a 30-minute commute to the property. 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Passion for assisting others and professional communication skills. 
  • Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm about new challenges, and a desire to grow personally and professionally. 
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals. 
  • Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Yardi. 
  • Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude. 
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse personalities is an important skill.
