Senior Accountant - Marketplace Partnership

Intro:

Front Row is a growing company and the accounting team is growing with it.  We are looking for a detailed oriented person who can help support the business through their accounting and financial analysis skills.

Description:

• Post journal entries to the GL and accounting system with a focus on US
• Reconcile all general ledger accounts
• Maintain and reconcile inventory records
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts and eliminate intercompany revenue and expense
• Maintain and reconcile deferred revenue accounts
• Assist in the costing of inventory and verification of inventory
• Prepare financial reports for month-end for all companies

• Ensure that all balance sheet accounts and supporting documents are reconciled.
• Assist in the preparation of commentary
• Adhere to company reporting deadlines.

• Recommend and implement improvements within accounting
• Work with our External Audit and Tax firm and Assist in annual audit
• Complete ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support the business 
• Maintain basic departmental records
• Assist with the preparation of annual budget and forecast as needed

Primary Requirements;

• BS in Accounting 
• 2 to 6 years of accounting/finance experience
• Experience working at a public accounting firm
• Experience with month end close at a company that sells products
• Excellent Computer skills with advanced excel skills using pivot tables and lookups 
• Experience working with ERP system (Netsuite Preferred)

Secondary Requirements;

• Budgeting and forecasting experience a plus but not required
• Accounting experience with consumer product companies
• Able to draft basic FS commentary
• Research Variance Analysis

SALARY - $100,000 - $120,000
