Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Tax Director to oversee tax compliance and provision functions in a dynamic marketplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ASC 740 income tax provision processes and manage deferred taxes and valuation allowances
• Ensure compliance with tax reporting and collaborate with global finance teams for timely filing of tax returns
• Identify strategic tax planning opportunities and support M&A due diligence and structuring efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's in Tax or JD/LLM preferred
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. and international income tax, including public accounting and in-house corporate experience
• Strong technical expertise in ASC 740 and U.S. international tax provisions
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital retail
