Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining residential title in Florida
• In-depth knowledge of state and county recording statutes and title standards
• Familiarity with search protocols, lien priority rules, and underwriting practices
• Associates degree or equivalent experience (5 years) in a related field
