• Manage defense litigation cases in areas such as personal injury, negligence, and liability claims
• Develop and maintain a portable practice with support from the firm
• Achieve annual billing targets of 1800-1900 hours

Required Qualifications

• Experience in general litigation, product liability, and professional liability litigation (defense)
• Admission to practice law in the State of Florida, in good standing
• Portable business is desired
• Ownership mentality with business development abilities
