Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage customer-related agreements and vendor contracts
• Provide legal advice on contract terms and participate in the creation of contracting resources
• Develop relationships with business stakeholders to facilitate contract reviews and legal advice

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in good standing
• 4 years of relevant sales-side transactional experience, preferably with international exposure
• Understanding of SaaS contracting models and data privacy issues
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment
