A company is looking for a Provider Data Verification Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain data integrity
• Process and document multiple data points accurately during calls while navigating various campaign types
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and collaborate across departments for effective communication

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center, with 6 months in healthcare or related fields
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry processes
• Possession of relevant licensures or certifications as applicable
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Excel
