Associate Director of Subcontracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Supply Chain, Subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in full life cycle subcontract management activities for US Government programs
• Manage complex subcontract issues and ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations
• Oversee proposal activities, subcontract awards, and post-award management, including risk identification and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's with 6+ years
• Must be a US Citizen
• Experience with federal subcontracting and knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing various subcontract types
• Experience leading subcontract portions of proposals and managing concurrent projects effectively
