You are a strategic thinker and a confident self-starter with a talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging. With experience in developing buyer personas, creating compelling content, and aligning cross-functional teams, you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, start-up environments. You are proactive in identifying opportunities, able to push for them to be prioritised, and focused on driving meaningful results.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will help communicate the value of FIXR to event organisers worldwide by shaping product messaging, positioning, and customer communication strategies. You will drive retention and acquisition efforts by aligning with the Product team to refine the roadmap based on customer insights. You will also collaborate closely with Sales to deliver compelling materials and strategies for successful deal closures. Your role will bridge the gap between Marketing, Product, Account Management and Sales, ensuring consistent and effective execution across all initiatives.
