FINRA Licensed Brokerage Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide services as part of a brokerage operations functional team, including answering calls and managing workflow
• Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage operations products, services, and applicable policies and procedures
• Analyze and provide high-quality service to ensure member and field satisfaction while achieving established service level timeframes

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
• Experience with Envestnet, Wealthscape, Netx360, or related wealth management systems
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial reporting tools
• Preferred: College degree or equivalent work experience in a brokerage/advisory environment with 3+ years customer service experience
