Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Coordinator I, responsible for managing accounts payable and invoicing within the Cancer Center Protocol Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices and patient reimbursements
• Assist with monthly account maintenance and invoicing related to clinical trials
• Support the development of Medicare Coverage Analysis and clinical trial billing tables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is highly desired
• 0-2 years of experience in a professional healthcare setting preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Access
• General knowledge of hospital accounting and information systems is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
