Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Finance - Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise claims-related pass-through billing and manage a team of three direct reports
• Prepare, review, and reconcile accounting information while advising management on performance issues and process improvements
• Develop and coordinate process improvements and assist in staffing and workflow planning

Required Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience; specialized training is helpful
• Minimum of two years applicable work experience in a related environment
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel
