• Implements process improvements and best practices to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and performance
• Monitors departmental budgets and key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Progressive management experience within a healthcare revenue cycle function
• Ability to manage departmental functions with accountability for outcomes
• Experience in a self-directed role with limited supervision
• Working knowledge of patient accounting systems and revenue cycle processes
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, healthcare administration, finance, or related field preferred
