Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment, improvement, and maintenance of commercial digital channels and products
• Oversee quality assurance for digital banking products, conducting tests and suggesting modifications
• Analyze performance and client satisfaction of digital products, providing feedback for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital banking with a focus on commercial banking
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
• Experience with Q2 banking commercial suite of products is preferred
• Must be bondable
