Finance & Accounting Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Coordinator to oversee daily financial operations and support the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain a chart of accounts
  • Track and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure positive cash flow
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support annual audits
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance and/or accounting role
  • Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with data analysis for accuracy and trends
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks/Expensify is preferred
