We’re looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our team as a contractor on a revenue-sharing basis. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in tech recruitment.

In this dynamic and fast-growing technology recruitment environment, your primary focus will be to identify and connect top-tier talent in Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Science with companies that align with their expertise and career aspirations.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively approach companies to establish agreements for our managed tech recruitment services.
  • Leverage your expertise to source, screen, and shortlist highly skilled tech candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for FemHire, ensuring a professional and client-focused experience.

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tech recruitment with a demonstrated ability to fill technical roles across various levels.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience with sourcing and evaluating technical talent using various platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, roles, and hiring trends.
  • Specific recruitment background in Cyber-security, AI and Data Science fields preferred.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
  • Swedish and English written & communication skills required

Employment conditions

  • Contract based employment only initially.
  • Commission based - earn a share of FemHire’s net revenue for each candidate you successfully place with a client.
  • Flexible, remote & part/time working conditions supported
