As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to monitoring financial markets and initiating trades or transactions to capitalize on recognized patterns or according to a strategy. You will utilize existing strategies for analyzing financial market data, determine trends or patterns, make trades or transactions based on the analysis of financial market data, effectively transfer a portion of credit risk to private capital, and collaborate with your team and management to establish pricing according to the associated risk of the asset.
The employee will be expected to develop into a subject matter expert on Capital and Return (Regulatory and Economic) in support of the Whole Loan Conduit and broader Capital Markets organization. Ongoing optimization of Capital and Return across all Capital Markets functional groups, a thorough understanding of competitive positioning and strategy with respect to constantly evolving market dynamics, and the ability to synthesize complex concepts to effectively advocate in support of these goals are all essential to success in this role. The employee will additionally be responsible for assessing, developing, and managing a suite of tools and reports that optimize market transactions across Capital Markets through the lenses of Capital and Return.
