We’re looking for a company secretary to work alongside a team of like-minded high-performing individuals, working on engagements for large Global clients.

THE ROLE: 

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Advisor to join a new project team. You will be responsible for reviewing regulatory updates. Providing guidance to senior management on regulatory changes and their implications for our client's operations. • Manage client-facing deliverables to the highest standards of quality
• Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans
• Pro-actively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status
• Assist with the management of the projects critical path, dependencies, and contingencies
• Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
• Oversee the adherence to all Factor’s Methodologies and quality assurance processes
• Read complex agreements, including financial services documents with meticulous attention to detail, while analyzing and extracting key information
• Communicate with clients, maintaining excellent communication skills and a professional and warm approach
• Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment, with high attention to detail, in order to meet client expectations
• Contribute to building Factor’s proprietary Intellectual Property in the rapidly changing Managed Contracts Services business area
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

• Undergraduate degree, 10+ years Financial Service experience.
• Independent experience of working in a regulatory driven environment
• Client facing experience within a Professional Services firm and a strong focus on client needs
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in identifying and evaluating potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Strong time management, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments
• High-impact communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project experience highly advantageous)
• Organizational fit for the Factor culture - exhibiting the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and Stewardship
• Legally eligible to work in the country in which the role is located

• Capitals Markets Financial Services experience
• Custodial Banking Experience

The anticipated salary range for this role is $250,000 - $315,000.  This is fix term 12 months contract. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire.  This anticipated range excludes the value of any potential incentive bonus and the value of any benefits offered. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
