Job Description

As the Junior Gaming Manager, you will be part of our team that focus on the DACH markets. You will be responsible for managing our gaming content strategy for leading brands like bwin and Sportingbet.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining roadmaps for game releases, supporting central teams with the whole going live process of games and suppliers, ensuring that games and providers align with market preferences, and reporting on game performance to drive data-informed decisions. 

Reporting to the Head of Gaming, you will work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to optimize our gaming portfolio and enhance player engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in the fast-paced online gaming industry with a global leader. 

What you will do 

  • Road Map Management: Managing and updating our casino new game releases and roadmap to provide the German-speaking market with content that matches customer preferences 
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with other teams at Entain to ensure the smooth launch of new content on bwin and other brands 
  • Issue Monitoring: Keeping an eye on casino and customer support channels to identify and address any issues related to games not functioning properly 
  • Lobby Management: Ensuring the look of the casino lobbies remain modern, appealing, and competitive by optimizing game positioning and creating engaging thumbnails for the lobby page 
  • Reporting: Preparing and sending the weekly and monthly traffic, game, provider and performance reports (PowerBI, Google Analytics,…) 
  • Data-Driven Planning: Conducting weekly and monthly planning of game positioning for all brands through data-driven reporting decisions 

Qualifications

  • German language skills are advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Logical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Highly organised to be able to maintain a process and document information making it easily accessible for the future
