Position Summary: As a Process Automation & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive dashboards and automating internal processes without heavy coding. You’ll leverage various no-code and low-code platforms—focusing on data collection, analytics, and workflow automation—to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Gather and consolidate data from multiple software tools to build insightful, user-friendly reports and dashboards.
  • Process Automation & Optimization: Design and implement workflows to improve efficiency across departments, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
  • Tool Integration: Configure connections between different SaaS applications to ensure seamless data flow and real-time updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop clear guides, documentation, and training materials for internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of newly introduced processes.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical processes to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Detail-Oriented: Skilled at handling multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
