Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education and Training Specialist Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and delivery of educational materials, webinars, and training services
• Assess organizational training needs and monitor training effectiveness through various metrics
• Administer the learning management system and manage training budgets and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• BA degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a relevant field
• Coursework must include study in at least four specified areas related to education and training
• 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and located in the United States
