DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, creative and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our DashPass members at DoorDash.
The DashPass marketing team is focused on growing and retaining members by offering them a high value subscription that offers outsized value and access to the best of what DoorDash has to offer.
We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Associate Integrated Marketing Manager on the DashPass Growth team who will be responsible for developing consumer-first strategies to grow the paid subscriber base on DashPass. In this role, you will focus on reaching new customers, identifying ways to convert them to a DashPass membership and ultimately becoming a paid subscriber.
You should be able to think like a GM, leading big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, and leveraging insights across performance marketing, analytics, BizOps, and creative to drive results. Success in this fast-paced environment requires a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset with a “bias for action”.
