Senior UX Writer (x/f/m)

What you’ll do

Join a team of passionate and hardworking entrepreneurs to transform healthcare! 

We are looking for a Senior UX Writer/Content Designer (x/f/m) to work on our existing products in Germany. Our diverse Design team includes Product Designers, Brand Designers, User Researchers, Design Operations, and 6 UX Writers, all dedicated to providing the best user experience.

Your role will be to set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across platforms. You will also collaborate with Strategy and Marketing teams to ensure a coherent and simple user journey. 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with Product Designers and Managers to create engaging, localized copy for the German market.
  • Crafting and owning core narratives for product launches, aligning with Product Marketing.
  • Conducting and participating in user research, and testing to improve content based on feedback.
  • Auditing products to identify and implement simpler, more consistent user experiences, optimizing key flows to enhance UX metrics and conversion rates.
  • Contributing to the design system (Oxygen) and product glossary for consistency.
  • Providing guidance to Product Designers and Managers, promoting best practices in UX Writing and Content Design company-wide.

  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in UX Writing or Content Design.
  • A user-focused design thinker who thrives on solving complex problems in landscapes such as healthcare.
  • Skilled at simplifying technical concepts for clear, impactful and measurable communication.
  • Adept at prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with tools like Figma, Miro, and Phrase.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Experienced in creating guidelines for design systems or style guides.
  • Familiar with working on AI-driven features or writing with generative AI.
