Content Strategist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content, Script, and Copywriter with a strong background in crafting compelling content for tech brands. This role is perfect for a writer who has experience creating engaging copy for digital products, social media campaigns, motion graphics scripts, and brand content. While tech experience is essential, familiarity with Web3, blockchain, and crypto is highly desirable as we work on brands within this space.

As the go-to writer for our internal brands, you will collaborate closely with our Content Producer, Director of Design, Lead Animator and marketing teams to craft clear and persuasive messaging. Your role will involve writing everything from video scripts for motion graphics to website copy, product descriptions, and marketing content. You will play a vital part in shaping the voice and messaging for brands that are at the forefront of innovation.

What you will do in first 6 months

  • First mover: You will have a pivotal role in establishing a world-class design studio from the ground up.

  • Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for motion graphics, animated videos, product explainer videos, and social media content.

  • Collaborate with the motion design and animation teams to ensure the script aligns with visual storytelling, delivering impactful, on-brand narratives.

  • Content Creation & Brand Messaging: Develop brand-specific content, including brand stories, website copy, UX copy, product descriptions, and more.

  • Ensure all written content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice, messaging guidelines, and broader marketing objectives.

  • Technical & Product-Focused Writing: Create compelling and easily understandable copy for tech-driven brands, breaking down complex topics into digestible, customer-friendly language.

  • Write product content that highlights key features, benefits, and unique selling propositions, especially for innovative and cutting-edge technologies.

  • Web3 & Crypto Content (Preferred): If applicable, write content related to Web3, blockchain, crypto, and decentralised technologies, ensuring an accurate yet approachable explanation of these emerging topics.

  • Help position brands in the Web3 space as thought leaders by creating insightful blog content, explainer videos, and social content that resonates with their audience.

  • Collaboration & Creative Development: Work closely with designers, motion graphic artists, and the Creative Director to integrate copy into broader creative projects.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh content ideas for digital marketing campaigns, video content, and product launches.

Must haves

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, scriptwriter, or content writer, ideally working with tech brands or digital products.

  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in writing for digital content, motion graphics scripts, and product storytelling.

  • Experience writing for technology, innovation, and cutting-edge industries, with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible language.

  • Experience with Web3, blockchain, or crypto content is a significant advantage but not required.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and writing content optimized for digital performance.

  • Ability to work closely with design and creative teams, integrating copy seamlessly into broader creative outputs.

  • Collaborative: Works well with animators, designers, and brand managers to execute creative visions while coordinating smooth production workflows.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable writing about tech and digital products, with the ability to make complex ideas clear and engaging.

  • Innovative Storyteller: You understand the power of storytelling in video and motion graphics, crafting scripts that captivate audiences.

  • Brand-Focused: You can quickly grasp a brand’s tone of voice and apply it consistently across all content to reinforce brand identity.

  • Adaptable: Able to pivot between writing scripts for animations, creating long-form blog posts, and developing punchy social media copy.

  • Curious: You stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology, Web3, and crypto, and are eager to learn and grow your knowledge in this space.

  • A constant desire to be recognised for your work and strive for top industry awards.

  • A genuine desire to add to the design world and establish Superduper as a design leader in the world of Web3
