Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Sales Manager to oversee a team of Virtual Sales Representatives and ensure project completion and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to the Virtual Sales Representative team through feedback and performance monitoring
• Manage metrics, sales reporting, and administrative tasks related to team operations
• Conduct performance assessments and deliver development plans in collaboration with management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of Specialty Sales experience
• 2+ years of Supervisory or Management experience preferred
• Oncology/rare disease experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
