Director of Workforce Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Workforce Transformation - Consult Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of the Workforce Solutions Organisation to align with professional services standards through strategic collaboration
• Analyze current organizational structures and processes to identify improvement opportunities and design scalable operating models
• Drive change management initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to define and track KPIs that measure transformation success

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, workforce management, or consulting leadership roles
• Industry experience within professional services, consulting, or technology consulting global environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field
• Certifications in Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar disciplines are advantageous
• Strong background in workforce strategy, resource management, and operational excellence
