Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Manager (Salesforce CRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce practice consultants
• Oversee the successful delivery of large Salesforce projects across multiple clouds
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of solutions with their business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in managing Salesforce consulting engagements
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM Analytics)
• 4-6+ years of management experience
• Strong integration & API expertise with Salesforce REST/Composite/Bulk v2 and Platform Events
