Solution Advisor for Community Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Advisor - Referral Management & Community Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Cerner expertise and workflow design to VA stakeholders
• Collaborate with Oracle Health and VA teams on workflow optimization and training
• Manage tickets and change requests while supporting testing and reviewing deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in designing and overseeing deployment of complex information architectures
• Knowledge of Cerner Referral Management and Community Care Solution configuration
• Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
